Live Support

CEVO provides live support during all official GeForce eSports tournaments through TeamSpeak3. CEVO staff are available for support Sunday through Thursday 4PM PDT - 10 PM PDT. If your request does not require immediate attention, please submit an offline support ticket and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.


To connect to our live support server, you'll need to download and install TeamSpeak3 (http://www.teamspeak3.com/). After installation, follow these instructions to connect to the server.


  1. Open TeamSpeak 3
    Double click on the icon that was put on your desktop to run the TeamSpeak 3 program.
  2. Open the Connect Window
    At the top of the TeamSpeak 3 program you'll click on the "Connections" menu then click the option named "Connect".
  3. Enter Connection Information
    You'll type in the direct IP address (cevots.gameservers.com:9366) and then enter in a "Nickname" for you to connect as, this is the name that will people will see you as.
